Should you place an order and for any reason change your mind, please contact ePet support as early as possible. Provided that your purchase has not been shipped yet, a cancellation request will be submitted with the funds being returned back to your account.
Unfortunately, orders are final and can not be altered. You may proceed to cancelling the order and re-placing a new one.
