Can I return my item?
We genuinely hope that you find your product suitable for your little friend. However, should this not be the case, we’d be pleased to organize an exchange or refund in accord to the following prerequisites.

ePet will refund your dog, cat (or you) with the original purchase price of the order, at the time of product(s) return with proof of purchase if:
- This has been communicated with our team within 30 days of purchase date.
- Item(s) show no signs of use and all related accessories & tags are included in returning package.
How do I return an item?
Prior to returning your item(s) it is advisable that you already contacted our team and have read the above. Item(s) must be securely packed in a box or satchel along with a note containing your #order no. & email address.

Do I need to cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping charges are not covered by ePet (unless item deemed faulty). Nonetheless, courier type is left to your discretion. If you require assistance for returning package back, please let our team know.
Exchanges
Item(s) may be exchanged for any other product(s) up to the same purchase value of the original order. Any additional amount owing beyond the value of the returned item(s) must be covered by the customer.
My item is faulty
ePet stands behind every single item that is sold through this website and we’re committed to your pet’s (and your) satisfaction. For any reason that your purchase is found to be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be provided back to you.
What items can be returned?
Most items can be returned to ePet without any implications. Unfortunately, specific product types such as liquids/nutrition can not be accepted back for a refund. However if posted back, store credit may be added to your acount.

Warranty

Assurance
Most items are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Should the products supplied prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or material as reasonably determined by ePet, ePet agrees at its option to either repair or replace the product free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

Any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will itself, be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced.
Liabilities
The limited 1 year warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than ePet.

No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
