Free shipping for orders $60+
All domestic orders valued over $60 will qualify for standard free delivery. Purchase total will be adjusted automatically at checkout page.
Handling times
Your purchase will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of placement. *Invalid or incorrect addresses may add up to this time frame.
Tracking your order
Upon order completion, a verification message will be sent from ePet to let you know that your order has been successfully placed. From there, an additional update will be re-directed to your mail once items have been processed and dispatched from our studio.

To keep track of your order, use the tracking number which has been provided to your mail or alternatively you can use ePet’s tracking form here.
Where will my order be dispatched from?
Each and every order is shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Signature on delivery
Standard domestic parcels are typically not sent with a sign-on-delivery option, unless an express option is selected at checkout. Bulky orders will automatically receive this option for peace of mind.
My order was damaged in transit, what now?
If your order has been damaged in transit, ePet will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. For “damaged” claims, please forward your order details along with relevant photos to cs@epetonline.com.

Please allow up to 4-7 working days for standard shipping or 1-4 days for express.

In most cases your parcel will be sent with Australia post but occasionally, Startrack or Sendle may be selected.

Our focus is to provide all international customers with the most cost-effective & prompt delivery services. Depending on the type of order we may use carriers such as Australia Post, DHL & Fedex. ePet remains commited in improving these freight lines as we move along.
International Taxes
Customs policies vary from country to country, your order may be subject to local custom charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are a sole responsibility of the recipient. ePet is not responsible for covering and/or refunding those fees.
